Sandy Hansen - Owner
Sandy officially began her role as owner and president at AgVenture in January of 2003 after the death of her husband, Randy, who had owned the business for over ten years. She lives in Cold Spring and spends her free time traveling, speaking to various entities about her journey and business experiences, enjoying the outdoors as well as participating in many community organizations as a volunteer. Sandy is passionate about AgVenture's commitment to provide quality, choices and outstanding customer service to further develop and maintain profitable practices in the agricultural and rural lifestyle industry.

Rick came to work at AgVenture in September of 2003 as a truck driver in charge of deliveries. Rick quickly moved into the role of Sales Manager and now spends most his time working with customers on the farm. Rick and his wife, Brenda, live in the St. Anna area. He is proud to be the step-father to Josh, Kyle and Carina. Together, they enjoy spending time with their family and friends, supporting school activities and volunteering for various local organizations. Rick grew up on the family farm south of Cold Spring and has lived in the rural Central Minnesota area his entire life.

Eldred has been with AgVenture for over 25 years and is a role model and mentor to AgVenture staff as well as customers. Eldred is the “jack-of-all-trades“ in his abilities to work in all aspects of the business including assisting a customer with orders, loading and unloading trucks and keeping the AgVenture ship sailing smoothly. Eldred lives by Watkins with his wife, Leila. They have ten grown children, twenty three grandchildren and six great grandchildren who they enjoy visiting and participating in the many events of their busy lives.
Mary Lou Pivec
Mary Lou is the person who keeps AgVenture's books in order. She is more than a Bookkeeper as she utilizes her remarkable skills to work daily miracles and small wonders to keep the numbers in proper balance. Mary Lou and her husband, Tim, live on a Lake Francis by South Haven and have four grown sons Frank, Scott, John and Jake. She is the proud grandmother of her grandchildren, Koby and Koltyn, who she loves spoiling with attention. They also enjoy spending time on the lake, snowmobiling, four-wheeling and going to their hunting shack up north.

Jeff works at AgVenture as the Sale Manager in charge of pet food, horse feed and specialty feed products. He was born and raised in the Cold Spring area where he spent his weekends and summers working on the family farm and caring for the milking cows and sows in the farrow-to-finish operation. Jeff attended Ridgewater College in Willmar and graduated with a degree in Agri-Business. In his spare time, he enjoys being outdoors, playing baseball and softball and basketball in the winter months.
