The team approach continues to function as an effective method for ensuring efficiencies and eliminating gaps in service. Our process includes four stages to take you from product conception to ongoing production, developed to deliver you results:
Stage 1: Analyze
The first goal of all sales calls is to establish rapport by building a trusting team with our prospect/customer. We discuss individual customer needs and desires on a one-to-one basis, from prospect stage to securing the customer, taking the time to truly understand what it is that the customer wants to achieve. From this point we are able to review those needs and use our expertise, in conjunction with our nutritionists and other team members, to build value and tailor a solution for improved results on the farm.
Stage 2: Consult
In conjunction with our nutritionists and other team members, AgVenture staff meets with the customer to develop a clearly defined scope of services and products, make recommendations on best practices and nutrition changes, and provide value-added processes to match customer’s needs and goals.
State 3: Execute
When a prospect decides to do business with AgVenture, we implement our ordering system and ensure that we manage the delivery and service in a fashion that exceeds expectations and requirements of the customer. This normally includes planning the delivery, on-going farm calls to check on progress and customer needs, forage sampling, follow up to ensure product quality, price controls, and all other necessary details to maintain exceptional farm management procedures and practices.
Stage 4: Support
AgVenture continues to support customers on an on-going basis. This support is accomplished by telephone calls, routine service stops, access to technical and professional resources and on-going educational opportunities.
